PURPOSE:To vaporize ammonia water thoroughly to enhance the denitration effect by forming an ammonia water spray nozzle device into an inner and outer double construction, and preheating respectively ammonia water and compressed air supplied to each of the inner and outer cylinders by a coil in the inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas of an engine 1 is supplied through a supply pipe 6 to the elbow 4 of an ammonia mixing device 3. In the similar manner, ammo nia water and compressed air are also supplied to respective supply ports 13a, 10a of an ammonia water spray nozzle device 9 incorporated in the ammonia mixing device 3, and the ammonia water is sprayed to the elbow 4. In this case, a preheating coil 14 and a guide 12 are provided in the nozzle device 9. The coil 14 is energized to heat the ammonia water in an auxiliary passage 12b and to heat the compressed air in a passage 10c outside the coil 14. The ammonia water is thus heated to be efficiently vaporized, and thereby NOx in the exhaust gas 8 is reduced by a catalytic reactor 2. |
