The invention consists of a combination die used for the continuous flow manufacturing of wire chain links on the cam-bending machine.The combination die is made out of a counter punch provided with guide plates. A lower die is mounted between the guide plates. It is provided with a centring fork and a cutting knife, which work with a cutting plate having a hole through which a wire passes.Opposite to the lower die, an upper die is mounted, provided with humps in conjunction with holes drilled in the lower die. The upper die is centrally cut and is provided with a slot.On the counter punch, between the two dies, a core is interlocked on which the wire is fastened to a retainer.
