THERMAL TRANSFER SHEET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain transfer sheet for OHP wherein adhesion with OHP sheet is excellent and stickiness of surface is scarce by sticking removably a thermal transfer sheet having a heat melting ink layer formed on one face of a base material film to a transparent resin sheet having a sticking layer containing cross linking agent. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer sheet for OHP is constituted of a thermal transfer sheet A which is stuck removably to a transparent resin sheet B by an adhesive layer C containing cross linking agent. A heat melting ink layer to be provided on a base material film is constituted of pigment and binder, and further, various additives may be added thereto as occasion demands. As a method for forming the heat melting ink layer, necessary component of the binder having pigment and wax as main constituents is melted to knead for coating by hot melt coating.
