The rotatable ring-like inner rotor (1) mounted in the outer rotor (2) and having a U-shaped ring channel round the outside circumference has radially staggered bores (6) running axial to the inner rotor and opening slit-like into the ring channel. The pendulums (34) which are restricted laterally by U-arms and form one unit with the bolt segments (3c) are mounted hinge-like in the bores (6) and run through the slits (6a) widening out wedge-like towards the outer rotor to form a triangle. The clamping shoes (4) which are fixed hinge-like on the bolt segments (3b) in the corners of the triangle during rotation of the inner rotor are set in sliding contact with the outer rotor (2) through tilting of the overweighted pendulum on the clamping shoe side, whereby on one side, the pendulum clamps with the inner rotor and on the other, when the outer rotor rotates more slowly or in the other direction, the pendulum is restricted by a stop and lifts the freewheel block.
