PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently control a force for driving operation and a force for fastening operation in a screw driving machine with use of compressed-air as a power source.SOLUTION: A first pressure controller 53 is provided on an air path between an air plug 51 and a pressure accumulation chamber 52, the first pressure controller 53 controls (reduces) a pressure of compressed-air supplied from an air hose and accumulates the same in the pressure accumulation chamber 52. A third air passage 10d is connected to an air motor 21 via a second pressure controller 33 and a fourth air passage 10e. Compressed-air supplied to the third air passage 10d is supplied from a slider chamber, and therefore, a pressure thereof becomes a value (first set pressure) controlled by the first pressure controller 53. In this respect, a pressure of compressed-air supplied to the air motor 21 is so made as to be a value (second set pressure) which is further controlled by the second pressure controller 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
