PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can perform the support of a support requester while sharing the support work.SOLUTION: The communication system comprises an assistance request side terminal possessed by a support requester, a plurality of support providing terminals possessed by a plurality of supporters, and an intermediary server that mediates communication between the support request side terminal and the plurality of support providing terminals. The support requesting terminal transmits a first request signal when a support request is input. When receiving the first request signal, the mediation server transmits the second request signal to the corresponding plurality of providing side terminals. When receiving a second request signal, the plurality of providing side terminals display a correspondence screen for accepting acceptance of the request and inputting correspondence to the request, and when an acceptance of a request is input on the correspondence screen, the plurality of providing side terminals transmit an acceptance signal. When receiving the acceptance signal, the mediation server transmits the correspondence completion signal to the plurality of support providing terminals. When receiving the correspondence completion signal, the plurality of support providing terminals displays on the display section that the request has been handled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
