PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of inhibiting rain drops from entering into a housing and also inhibiting the rain drops from entering into a cabinet which is a cooling object.SOLUTION: A housing 21 of a cooling device 20 is provided so that an outside air introduction port 24a into which outside air is introduced and an outside air discharge port 24b from which air (outside air) heat-exchanged by a heat exchanger 31 is discharged are arrayed in the longitudinal direction of the housing 21 on outer side surfaces 24, 44 sides of the housing 21. The outer side surface 24 side on which the outside air introduction port 24a and the outside air discharge port 24b are provided is inclined downward in the vertical direction and the housing 21 is mounted on a cabinet 10 which is a cooling object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
