PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw used in an extruder, especially in a single shaft screw extruder or a multiple shaft screw extruder; and to provide such an extruder.SOLUTION: In a conventional technology, an extruder screw is often supported by a spindle, and constituted of segments reinforced mutually in the axial direction. In order to enable transmission of a torque to the segment during use of the screw in an extruder cylinder, means for sure engagement between the spindle and the segment is provided. In this invention, it is proposed that, instead of the conventional technology, an additional component is used as a direct moment bridge from a segment to a segment so as to reduce a load from the spindle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
