A cooling system is provided with: a heat-receiving part equipped with a heat-receiving plate for transmitting the heat of a heat-generating body to a working fluid; a radiating part for radiating the heat of the working fluid; and a radiating passage and a return passage for connecting the heat-receiving part and the radiating part. The cooling system circulates the working fluid to the heat-receiving part, radiating passage, radiating part, return passage and heat-receiving part, and radiates the heat of the heat-generating body. The heat-receiving part comprises a heat-receiving plate cover which covers the heat-receiving plate that receives the working fluid exiting the return passage, and forms a heat-receiving space. A plurality of grooves where the perpendicular cross section of the heat-receiving plate surface is V-shaped or U-shaped are formed on the heat-receiving plate, starting at the point where the working fluid is received. |
