PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover and use waste heat of a gas combustion treatment furnace, accurately control the temperature of a heating furnace. and achieve energy saving of heating means with simple configuration.SOLUTION: A heating facilities temperature control system comprises: heating means 2 heating hot air discharged from a heating furnace 1 at predetermined power so that a temperature of the hot air is equal to a predetermined temperature; a gas combustion treatment furnace 6 collecting gas generated in the heating furnace 1 to be subjected to a combustion treatment; a circulation-hot-air-heating heat exchanger 7 transferring heat of exhaust air discharged from the gas combustion treatment furnace 6 to the hot air supplied from the heating furnace 1 to the heating means 2; and an exhaust supply control damper 8 and an exhaust balance damper 9 controlling supply of the exhaust air discharged from the gas combustion treatment furnace 6 to the circulation-hot-air-heating heat exchanger 7. The heating facilities temperature control system controls the exhaust supply control damper 8 to be opened/closed depending on the power of the heating means 2, and controls the exhaust balance damper 9 to be opened/closed so as to control a volume of the exhaust air discharged from the gas combustion furnace 6 in association with the exhaust supply control damper 8. |
