A can end combination and a resealable beverage can are disclosed. The can end combination may include a metal can end (10) and a resealable closure (30) coupled to the can end (10). The can end may include a center panel (16) having an aperture (20) formed therethrough. The closure (30) may include a base plate (32) and a top plate (34) coupled to the base plate. The closure (30) may have a sealed position (i) in which the base plate contacts the center panel about the aperture to form at least one of a bore seal (36) and a face seal (38). The closure may also have an intermediate position (ii) in which the base plate is proximate the aperture (20) but the closure is devoid of the bore seal (36) and the face seal (38). The closure may also have a fully open position (iii) in which the aperture (20) is exposed to enable pouring liquid through the aperture.
