PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the rigidity of an anode tab to prevent deformation such as torsion, slanting, and bending, etc.SOLUTION: An anode electrode 12 comprises: an anode mixture coated section 12b coated on both the surface and the reverse side of an anode metal foil 12a formed by a copper-based metal; and an anode mixture non-coated section 12c where the anode metal foil 12a is exposed. An anode tab 17 arranged along one side edge 61 is integrally formed on the anode mixture non-coated section 12c. Each anode tab 17 is provided with a mountain-folded portion 50 having a ridge line 51 protruding from the surface 62 of the anode mixture non-coated section 12c. The rigidity of the anode tab 17 declines when the anode mixture non-coated section 12c is dried at high temperature, but because the mountain-folded portion 50 is formed on the anode tab 17 in advance, deformation such as torsion, slanting, and bending, etc. does not occur easily. |
