PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system, a management method, a control device, and a power storage device, capable of appropriately controlling equipment.SOLUTION: A network comprises a load 120, a PV device 130, a power storage device 140, a fuel cell device 150, a hot water storage device 160, an EMS 200, and a user terminal 300. The user terminal 300 includes a user terminal 310 and a user terminal 320. The user terminal 320 is connected to the EMS 200, and displays visualization information by an application.
