PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step number measurement device having high accuracy of step number determination.SOLUTION: A first detection part 101 detects at least one of a heel off state 11 and a foot flat state 12 based on magnitude of acceleration of a walking part. A second detection part 102 detects whether or not the magnitude of the acceleration exceeds a peak threshold value. A determination part 103 determines whether or not an operation of one step is performed. The determination of the operation of one step is performed when it is detected that the magnitude of the acceleration exceeds the peak threshold value by the second detection part 102, after the first detection part 101 detects start of the heel off state 11, or, when the foot flat state 12 is detected by the first detection part 101 after it is detected that the magnitude of acceleration exceeds the peak threshold value by the second detection part 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
