Provided are a website detection method and device based on a virtual host. The method comprises: receiving a detection request for a website, the detection request comprising a virtual host identifier of a virtual host bearing the website; and detecting the website according to the virtual host identifier so as to obtain a detection result, wherein the detection at least comprises one or more of virtual host detection, website domain name detection, website status detection, network status detection and website application detection. The embodiments of the present application realize full automatic detection, greatly increase the convenience of detection, and increase the efficiency of detection. |
