PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable laminate adhesive resin composition which exhibits excellent adhesiveness by irradiation of active energy rays without aging and have excellent film processability, moist heat resistance, and acid resistance after bonding, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an adhesive resin composition comprising a specific polyester polyurethane (meth)acrylate. The polyester polyurethane (meth)acrylate is formed by reacting a polyester polyol, a polyisocyanate, and a hydroxy (meth)acrylate having 5 or more carbons. The polyester polyol is formed by dehydration condensation polymerization of a polybasic acid with a glycol, the polybasic acid containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in amounts of 50 to 80 wt.% and 20 to 50 wt.% of total polybasic acid, respectively. Furthermore, to the composition can be blended a polyester polyurethane (meth)acrylate, an acid anhydride, an epoxy resin, a phosphoric acid-containing (meth)acrylate, an alkoxysilyl group-containing radically polymerizable compound, and the like. |
