PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly locate the top and bottom of both lid flaps, and to make engaging pieces provided at an upper end of each lid flap engage, when forming a lid by folding the lid flaps provided on two facing wall surfaces in a rectangular box body 2.SOLUTION: Folding means 12 having a first guide member 14 on an upper side and a second guide member 16 on a lower side respectively sandwich lid flaps 2h and 2j, and fold in the lid flaps 2h and 2j while a box body 2 is warped in a parallelogram by pressing means 10. The second guide member 16 retains the counterpart lid flaps 2h and 2j, so that the top and bottom of both lid flaps 2h and 2j can be certainly located. When the lid flaps 2h and 2j are folded and the pushing pressure of the pressing means 10 is released, the box body 2 returns to an original shape, so that engaging pieces are certainly engaged. |
