PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a transmission circuit used in a communication system using magnetic coupling to communicate at a higher data rate than the self-resonant frequency of an inductor using only one inductor.SOLUTION: A transmission circuit according to the present invention is a transmission circuit for transmitting data to an insulated other semiconductor chip by driving an inductor. The transmission circuit includes a driving circuit that receives transmission data with a higher data rate than the self-resonant frequency of the inductor and outputs a transmission signal to drive the inductor at the data rate of the transmission data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
