A cooking appliance is disclosed. The cooking appliance includes a cabinet defining the external appearance of the cooking appliance, a top plate disposed at the top of the cabinet, the top plate being provided with a first cooking unit for performing cooking using a heat source, and a second cooking unit provided in the cabinet for performing cooking using a heat source. The cooking appliance further includes a control panel disposed at the front of the cabinet, the control panel being provided therein with at least one air introduction hole, a controller disposed at the rear of the control panel for controlling the first cooking unit and the second cooking unit, and a heat dissipation fan disposed between the control panel and the rear wall of the cabinet, wherein a direction in which external air is introduced into the cooking appliance through the at least one air introduction hole and a direction in which the external air is discharged from the cooking appliance are different from each other.
