Silicon dioxide solar cell

摘要

Abstract A silicon dioxide solar cell comprising two substrates having electrical conductivity. The two substrates are arranged so as to have respective conductive surface of the substrates face each other. At least one of the substrates is transparent and is a substrate on the light incident side. There is a silicon dioxide particles compact, and disposed between the two substrates. There is an electrolyte disposed between the two substrates. The silicon dioxide particles compact is disposed on a substrate arranged to face said substrate on the light incident side, and the space between said silicon dioxide particles compact and said substrate on the light incident side is filled with said electrolyte.
