A method for making a hand holdable edible composition, comprising: a. combining a gelatin solution with a fermented dairy ingredient to obtain a fluid dairy composition having a temperature of from about 70° F. to about 120° F. and a gelatin concentration of from about 4% to about 50% by weight of the fluid dairy composition; b. agitating the fluid dairy composition; c. passing the fluid dairy composition between a first roller and a second roller to form a sheeted dairy composition having a thickness of from about 1 mm to about 5 mm; d. depositing the sheeted dairy composition onto a support material; and e. cooling the sheeted dairy composition to obtain the hand holdable edible composition.
