The present application provides a method for preparing a carrier-nanoparticle complex, the carrier-nanoparticle complex obtained therefrom, and a membrane electrode assembly including the same, the method comprising: a step of preparing a carbon carrier coated, on a part of or on the entire surface thereof, with a polymer including a cationic functional group; a core particle formation step of forming metal core particles carried on the carbon carrier by reducing, at a temperature of 120°C-220°C, a solution including one or two or more types of metal precursors, the carbon carrier, and a polyol; and a core-shell nanoparticle formation step of forming a Pt shell on a part of or on the entire surface of the metal core particles by reducing, at a temperature of 20°C-100°C, an aqueous solution including the metal core particles carried on the carbon carrier, a Pt precursor, and water, wherein the core-shell nanoparticles are carried on the carbon carrier, and the Pt precursor is represented by PtAmBn (here, A is (NH3), (CH3NH2), or (H2O), B is a monovalent anion, m is 2, 4, or 6, and n is an integer of any one of 1-7). |
