Provided are a battery module and a battery pack comprising the same, the battery module being configured such that a secondary battery stacked body is stably maintained and electrode leads are hardly damaged by external vibration. A battery module according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of pouch-type secondary batteries each having an electrode assembly contained in a pouch, an electrode lead being connected to an electrode tab of the electrode assembly and being drawn out through a terrace portion of the pouch; and a fixing member, at least a part of which is interposed between the secondary batteries, and which is attached/fixed to the terrace portion such that the secondary batteries remain stacked on each another. |
