The burr removal apparatus (1) has a rotational axis formed by a base body (2) with two opposite-lying ends (3,4). A receptacle (5) is formed at one end of the base body for a rod-shaped element. The receptacle has a deburring portion, where a guide portion is formed between the deburring portion and the former end of the base body. The guide portion is formed in a conical manner, particularly in a cone-shaped manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for deburring a rod-shaped element. |
