Provided are a blood pressure analyzing device, a blood pressure measuring device, a blood pressure analyzing method and a blood pressure analyzing program capable of accurately determining causes of blood pressure changes that are useful for diagnosis. A recording medium (14) records blood pressure information for a plurality of beats, calculated in units of single beats on the basis of pulse waves detected from the wrist of a subject, and information relating to movement of the wrist, detected by means of an acceleration sensor (12) during a detection period of the pulse wave forming the basis for the calculation of the blood pressure information for said plurality of beats. The blood pressure analyzing device (2) determines whether or not first blood pressure information for an arbitrarily defined beat, from among the blood pressure information for the plurality of beats recorded in by the recording medium (14), has varied by an amount at least equal to a threshold TH1 relative to second blood pressure information for the beat prior to said arbitrarily defined beat. If the determination result is YES, the blood pressure analyzing device (2) determines, on the basis of detected information from the acceleration sensor, detected during the detection period of the pulse wave forming the basis for the calculation of the first blood pressure information, whether the change in blood pressure was caused by movement of the wrist, or by factors other than movement of the wrist, and stores the determination result in a recording medium (23) in association with the first blood pressure information. |
