The present invention relates a charge control device, a vehicle having the same and a charge control method. When an assumed battery is mounted, the performance of the battery can be sufficiently exerted, and even when a battery different from the assumed battery is mounted, the early deterioration of the battery is inhibited. The charge control device comprises a deterioration state judging unit (60, 30) by which a battery (20) is judged to have deteriorated if a parameter indicating the deterioration state of the battery (20) exceeds a predetermined specified value; a capacity detection unit (60, 50) for detecting the capacity of the battery (20); and a capacity management unit (30) which controls the charge and discharge of the battery (20) when the deterioration state judging unit (60, 30) judges the battery (20) to have deteriorated so that the capacity is increased as compared with a case where the battery (20) is not judged to have deteriorated by the deterioration state judging unit (60, 30). |
