PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent panel suppressing moisture from entering inside thereof, and suppressed in deterioration of display performance and reliability, and a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent panel.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent panel comprises: an insulation substrate; an organic electroluminescent element arranged on a surface of the insulation substrate; an organic filling layer covering the organic electroluminescent element; a sealing substrate facing the insulation substrate via the organic electroluminescent element and the organic filling layer; a hygroscopic sealing layer covering a side face of the organic filling layer, fixing the insulation substrate with the sealing substrate, and comprising a moisture absorbent and a resin material; and an inorganic sealing layer covering a side face of the hygroscopic sealing layer and containing an inorganic material. |
