A magnetically mountable LED module comprises an LED circuit board (1) and a carbon fiber load-bearing part (2). The LED circuit board (1) is provided with magnetic attracting portions (11) and positioning portions (12), and the carbon fiber load-bearing part (2) comprises metal sheets (21) partially or fully embedded in the carbon fiber load-bearing part (2). The magnetically mountable LED module requires no excessive metal posts to be welded for screw fixation, avoids the problems of a complex operation of and a high processing accuracy requirement for a welding process, also avoids the problem of inconvenience in mounting and maintenance caused by screw fixation, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
