The top cover assembly is provided with a lifting and lowering mechanism and is therefore capable of conveniently adjusting the size of an air outlet channel and air outlet of the air conditioner adjustment apparatus; the space in which the lifting and lowering mechanism is located is isolated from the outside in a sealed manner, thereby reducing the influence of the external environment, in particular the cold or hot air flow produced by the air conditioner adjustment apparatus, on the operating performance of the lifting and lowering mechanism components.
