Provided are a pipette cap capable of suctioning a liquid in a simple manner even when the liquid inside a container decreases to the point where little remains, and a pipette container provided with said pipette cap. A pipette cap 20 provided to the mouth part 12a of a container body 12, wherein the pipette cap is characterized by having: a lid 32 detachably attached to the mouth part 12a of the container body 12; an aspiration tube 22 in which the opening at one end is used as a suction outflow opening 24; and an elastic manipulator element 26 provided on the other end side of the aspiration tube 22, the elastic manipulator element 26 holding the aspiration tube 22 so as to allow movement in the axial direction relative to the lid 32. |
