The microbeads (3) are in a state suspended in the hydrophilic solvent (4), the microbeads (3) being positioned in the upper part inside the flow path (8) and therefore being housed in the microwell (2) upon reaching a position opposite the microwell (2) formed in the upper surface of the flow path (8).
