The invention relates to a non-invasive method for repairing the anchoring points of mill bolts (2) to securely seal the mill bolts (2), which comprises the steps of: a) installing a support structure (24) for an articulated electrode-carrying head (20) at the front of a mill mantle (11) and opposite a hole that houses the bolt for securing the liner (13) of the mantle; b) securing the articulated electrode-carrying head (20) to the support structure (24); c) installing an electrode (21); d) placing the electrode (21) opposite the mill bolt (2) installed on the part of the mill mantle (11) to be treated and centering the electrode (21) with respect to the mill bolt (2); c) actuating the articulated electrode-carrying head (20) and bringing the operational electrode (21) closer to eliminate material from the mill mantle (11) by means of electroerosion; f) installing a machine-tool (25) for chip-cutting, with roughing means (23), at the front of the mill bolt (2) installed on the part of the mill mantle (11) to be treated and opposite the hole that houses the bolt for securing the mantle liner (13); g) centering the roughing means (23) of the machine tool (25) with respect to the mill bolt (2); h) actuating the machine tool (25) and roughing the hole that houses the bolt for securing the mantle liner (13); i) removing the machine tool (25); j) installing a sleeve (12) inside the hole that houses the bolts for securing the mantle liner (13); k) repeating from step a) to the end.
