PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module whose luminous efficiency is lowered when a white reflection member is provided so as to come into contact with a side surface of an LED die and luminous efficiency is high even if there is the white reflection member among numerous LED dies mounted on a module substrate.SOLUTION: A plurality of package LEDs 15, 16 are mounted on a module substrate 11. In these package LEDs 15, 16, the top surface and the side surfaces of an LED die 31 are covered with fluorescent resins 32, 33. A while reflection member 14 is filled into a gap between these package LEDs 15, 16. Light emitted from the side surface of the LED die 31 is guided by the fluorescent resins 32, 33 of the side parts and goes upward. |
