A fishing rod (1) according to the disclosure includes a solid tip (12) made of a fiber-reinforced resin material in which reinforced fibers (22) are continuously disposed along an axial direction, the tip (12) is tapered (12A) toward a distal end. A covering layer (20) made of a fiber-reinforced resin in which short fibers (22) are dispersed in a matrix resin material (21) is formed on the surface of the tip (12). |
