PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively determine a border value of luminance for sectioning, into a histogram of luminance distribution acquired from a tissue image, luminance distribution corresponding to a hematite phase, a magnetite phase, a calcium ferrite phase and a pore, and to improve the accuracy of a relative evaluation technology by tissue observation.SOLUTION: Using an abundance ratio of each constitution phase acquired from an XRD pattern obtained by an X ray diffraction method, a border value for sectioning, into a histogram of luminance in a tissue image, a hematite phase, a magnetite phase, a calcium ferrite phase and a pore is determined with high accuracy, and the tissue image corresponding to the hematite phase, the magnetite phase, the calcium ferrite phase and the pore is made into quarternary values. |
