PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit capable of sufficiently suppressing a blur of a contour while suppressing unevenness in illuminance of light elongated in an array direction of a light-emitting device, and an irradiation device.SOLUTION: A light source unit includes a plurality of arrayed LEDs 4, and an optical system 7 that controls light of each of the LEDs 4 to produce light elongated in the array direction of the LEDs 4 and suppressing unevenness in illuminance. The optical system 7 comprises a reflection member 9A that turns the light of the LED 4 into parallel light, and a plurality of ellipsoidal lenses 15 that direct a long axis direction in the width direction of the elongated light and that are arrayed in a light elongation direction. |
