PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end cap type ball screw with a double-nut preload structure.SOLUTION: An end cap type ball screw includes plural rolling elements, one screw shaft, two nuts, four end caps, plural screws, and two preload pieces. The four end caps are respectively mounted to two end faces of the two nuts, and through holes for mounting them to the screw shaft are bored on the end caps. One circulation path is provided on each of the four end caps, and both ends of the circulation path are meshed with a load circuit and a circulation hole, so as to constitute one circulation passage. Mounting holes for mounting the preload pieces to the screw shaft are bored on the two preload pieces, and two end faces are provided in its axial direction. Plural protrusion columns are provided on one end face, and the other end face is one plane face. The plane faces of the two preload pieces are adhered to each other. The protrusion columns are drilled into the end caps, and then, contact the end faces of the protrusion columns and the end faces of the nuts. |
