PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually operate a clamp part of a tube easily without occurrences of malfunctions when a tube clamp device does not work automatically because of blackouts, failures of a power source, or the like, in the tube clamp device which is configured to automatically close and open the tube.SOLUTION: A clamp drive device 40 includes: an electric motor 42; an operation handle 43; a clutch mechanism 45 which transmits torque of the electric motor 42 to a clamp part 20 and does not transmit it to the operation handle 43; and a clutch mechanism 46 which transmits operation force of the operation handle 43 to the clamp part 20 and does not transmit it to the electric motor 42. |
