A blank for an inner frame for a pack of smoking articles comprises a front panel 4a, 4b, end panels 13, 14 extending from opposite edges of said front panel and a rear panel section 16a, 16b extending from an edge of each end panel to a free edge 25. The end panels and each rear panel section are foldable relative to the front panel such that each rear panel section is parallel to, and spaced from, the front panel by each end panel. The front panel is also foldable to form dividing wall panels 8, 9 that extend towards the rear panel sections to form separate side-by-side compartments (see figs 3, 4) between the dividing wall panels and each end panel. The edge of the dividing wall panels 5 extends beyond the free edge 25 of the rear panel sections when parallel to the front wall. There may be tabs 26 extending from the free edge of each rear panel section, which may slot into the dividing wall. Such a blank may be suitable for a tobacco industry cigarette pack. An inner frame formed from the blank and a method of folding the blank are also disclosed. |
