A pixel unit driving circuit and method, and a display device. In panel design, by alternatively using NMOS transistors and PMOS transistor switch pixel elements on odd or even lines on scanning lines, and using alternatively using NMOS transistors and PMOS transistors on the horizontal and/or vertical directions on switch pixel elements connected to scanning lines (Gi~Gi+4) and data lines (Dj~Dj+4), and combining a scanning timing sequence and a high and low level time sharing scanning technology, a voltage difference between the data lines and a pixel electrode is alternatively changed between positive and negative, so as to alleviate vertical crosstalk generated by a parasitic capacitance between the data lines and the pixel electrode.
