In the present invention, conditions for the use of data are matched between a data provider and a data user. An information processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises a data processing module that processes data, an acquisition unit that acquires processing object data to which use policy data are affixed, the use policy data demonstrating data use conditions designated by the data provider, a memory unit that stores use specification data that demonstrate data use conditions processable by a processing object module, a determination unit that determines whether or not a processing module can process the processing object data acquired on the basis of the use policy data and the use specification data, wherein the processing module processes the processing object data determined by the determination unit as being processable. |
