A fastenable ink cartridge and an ink cartridge structure connecting to cartridge retainer. The ink cartridge comprises at least a housing (11) and a push component (124). The housing (11) is provided with an ink output port (111) thereat. The ink output port (111) is located on a surface referred to as a first surface (1a). A long side of the first surface (1a) is referred to as an x-axis, a short side of the first surface (1a) is referred to as a y-axis, and a z-axis is perpendicular to both the x-axis and the y-axis. The push component (124) is arranged at a side of the housing (11) and along the x-axis. Applying a small force to the ink cartridge can complete installation of the ink cartridge.
