PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means enabling whether or not a seal characteristic of a seal tube is kept to be confirmed without damaging components within a solenoid valve.SOLUTION: A testing device (100) comprises: valve blocks (20, 40) in each of which a solenoid valve (3) is arranged and a leak passage (7) is formed; a seal tube (14) arranged on a discharging passage (6d) so as to cross between opposing surfaces (F10, F20) of a plunger pump (2) and the valve blocks (20, 40); and a force application device (60) for applying high pressure to liquid poured into the leak passage (7). The leak passage (7) is communicated with the outer surface of the seal tube (14) and reaches from between the opposing surfaces (F10, F20) up to the outsides of the valve blocks (20, 40). |
