PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do away with an incongruity sense by a change of a deceleration when reducing a brake hydraulic pressure.SOLUTION: A vehicular brake device is provided with: a master cylinder operated by a brake pedal; a slave cylinder driven by an electric motor; a hydraulic pressure generation control part controlling the slave cylinder so as to generate a brake hydraulic pressure corresponding to a stroke amount of the brake pedal; and a hysteresis impartment part imparting hysteresis when reducing the brake hydraulic pressure when returning the brake pedal. The vehicular brake device detects an operation speed of the brake pedal and a vehicle speed, corrects a hysteresis amount according to at least one of the operation speed and the vehicle speed to make a change of a deceleration in time of a changeover gentle, and can further reduce an incongruity sense felt by an operator. |
