stores user criteria, organized by location codes, wherein the user criteria comprises selection by a user of:
at least one segment of the route, wherein the at least one segment contains a location code,a time range, andat least one type of incident for which the user will receive notifications;receives current data relating to traveling conditions from at least one data source;processes the received current data and the user criteria to produce:
data based on current data and comprising information that corresponds to the selected user criteria, anda unique identification code for each incident identified in the data; andprovides the data to the user according to the user criteria.
