PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conductive resins, e.g. polyacetylene, are in practical use, including aluminum electrolytic capacitors and antistatic films, and, in recent years, under investigation for applications including transparent conductive films, organic ELs and dye-sensitive solar cells, but have problems in coating properties.SOLUTION: A resin composition for conductive electrodeposition coatings comprises a water dispersion of an anionic compound and a conductive resin as a coating film forming ingredient. An electrodeposition coating method and the coating film obtained by the method are also provided. |
