Drilling device and method for horizontal drilling

The drilling device (10) comprises a drilling head (20) and a drilling rod (30), on whose borehole- sided end, the drilling head is arranged. An inner rod (32) is provided, which is driven by a rotary drive (62) in a rotating manner, where an outer rod (34) is driven by another rotary drive (64). A control device is provided, by which the former and latter rotary drives are controlled and are adjusted independent to each other. A marking unit is arranged on an end of a drilling rod unit of the inner rod or the outer rod that is averted from the drilling head. An independent claim is included for a method for creating a horizontal drill hole with a drilling device.
