Disclosed is a rapid mould-locking device, comprising a base (1) and a cross beam (2). A first hot plate (3), a lower mould (4), an upper mould (5) and a second hot plate (6) are successively arranged between the base (1) and the cross beam (2). The lower mould (4) and the first hot plate (3), as well as the upper mould (5) and the second hot plate (6), are connected to one another through connecting pieces (7). The upper mould and the lower mould (4, 5) are snapped together to form a cavity. The connecting piece (7) comprises a base plate (701) and a U-shaped plate (702) connected thereto. The upper mould and the lower mould (4, 5) are connected to the connecting pieces through the U-shaped plates (702). Grooves are provided on both the first hot plate and the second hot plate (3, 6). The base plates (701) are mounted in the grooves by clamping. By using the rapid mould-locking device, the upper mould and the lower mould are arranged between the first hot plate and the second hot plate, and the hot plates can be connected to the upper mould and the lower mould by means of an easy plug-in mounting. In particular, the first hot plate and the second hot plate are connected to the upper mould and the lower mould through the grooves and the connecting pieces, so as to drive the mould to vulcanize a tyre. The operation is simple and the working efficiency is high. |
