PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which reduces short circuits between a metal sealing lid and a wiring pattern provided on an upper surface of a substrate.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a rectangle substrate 110; an electrode pad 111 provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110; an external terminal 112 provided on a lower surface of the substrate 110; a crystal element 120 provided on the electrode pad 111; a metal sealing lid 130 joined to the substrate 110; a glass protection member 150 provided on a lower surface of the sealing lid; and a glass joint member 160 provided on a lower surface of the glass protection member 150. In the structure, even if pressure is applied to the sealing lid 130 and the substrate 110, a wiring pattern provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110 and the glass protection member 150 contact with each other and thus short circuits between the metal sealing lid 130 and the wiring pattern are reduced. |
