PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for a heating cooker (1), regarding the top plate (1) where an opening for a burner is formed, in which designability and cleanability are improved by making an appearance of a surface to be flat and neat as a whole, and which can prevent thermal strain while securing strength.SOLUTION: A top plate for a heating cooker includes: a substantially rectangular-shaped metal surface plate (12) in which a burner cover part (25) is integrally molded at a peripheral edge of openings (15a),(15b) and (15c) for a burner; and a metal rear plate (2) added to at least a rear surface of the peripheral edge of the openings (15a),(15b) and (15c) for a burner. The top plate for a heating cooker has a folding part in which a recessed groove (20) opening inward of the back side is formed at an outer peripheral edge of the surface plate (12). An end edge of the rear plate (2) is inserted into the recessed groove (20), and the rear plate (2) is fixed to the surface plate (12) by a reinforcement member (6) supporting the rear plate (2) from below. |
